Vurt Con visits The Octagon Shopping Centre...

It appears Darth Vader told his friends about our Olympic Live Lounge, as the centre encountered some visitors to catch up on the live action earlier.

Want to see more from Vurt Con, well now you can for Burton On Trents on Sci-Fi event taking place on the 25th September at Burton Market Hall. 

You can also see some of your favourite characters making special guest appearances at the Octagon Shopping Centre during the following dates:

• 20th August - 21st August 11am - 4pm.
• 17th September - 18th September 11am - 4pm.
• 25th September. (time to be confirmed)

You can also buy your tickets to the show in advance from the CozyLife store located on the upper mall next to Shabby Nook. Early bird tickets are just £5 with money going towards Character for Kids.

What is Vurt all about? Vurt began with a group called Characters for Kids, where their aim is to bring a smile to children stuck in hospitals over the Christmas holidays by wearing costumes from all kinds of genres and then visiting them in hospital and handing out presents to children.​
