Staff and owners of Paul's Cafe are celebrating after receiving top marks for a food hygiene inspection.

 

The cafe, located outside The Octagon Centre, near to Bob the Barbers scored a Food Hygiene Rating of five, which is the highest level possible.

 

We'll toast to that!!
